Yoga Flow classes continue… ✨

• Embodied Yoga Flow (Vinyasa) suitable for all, in English 

• Monday and Tuesday Mornings 9.15 - 10.15, outdoors on my terrace in Cabrils.

• Cost: 10€ a session or 55€ for a 6-class pack

• Starting Monday 15th Sept 

• Bring a mat! Come dressed in clothes to move in and bring some water.
