Mama and Baby Yoga, meditation
This class is for Mums who have recently given birth (from 6 weeks after birth until baby is crawling) and want the opportunity to work on internally reconnecting to themselves, their pelvic floor, and abdomen. We'll also do a little bit of baby yoga too, some simple songs and movements that your baby will enjoy.
It's a small, relaxed, and intimate class with a maximum of ten other mums and babies. This is your class. As a mum myself, I completely understand the needs of babies and if you have to spend most of the class feeding or attending to your baby then that's absolutely fine. There really is no pressure. Sometimes just being in a supportive, yogic environment can help! It's a great way to meet other new mamas, too.
